We are looking for an experienced solution architect who wants to contribute with strategic and operational architecture support in two business-critical areas: Finance and HR. You will work in a complex environment with many stakeholders, focusing on creating sustainable, integrated, and secure IT solutions in line with overarching architectural principles.

The assignment includes further development of a current state analysis within finance (including connections to material supply) as well as architectural support for several parallel initiatives within HR.

• Inventory and document existing applications, integrations, and system landscape within the finance area.
• Describe the overall information model, data flows, and dependencies.
• Identify deficiencies, risks, and areas for improvement in the current architecture.
• Formulate choices and decision support for continued development.
• Collaborate with business and IT as well as internal and external stakeholders.
• Document analysis results as a basis for initiatives regarding a common financial model.
• Support procurement work within HR by developing architectural principles, target images, and non-functional requirements.
• Provide architectural support in implementation and change projects for HR systems.
• Ensure that solutions are integrated, scalable, and capable of further development over time.
• Ensure requirements for information security and data protection, including GDPR.
• Translate business needs into architectural solutions in a pedagogical manner.
• Produce clear documentation of analyses and recommendations to support decisions.

• At least 10 years of experience in IT architecture within HR and/or finance.
• Experience working with LeanIX.
• Experience documenting target architecture within the HR area.
• A degree in IT/system science/technology or equivalent relevant experience that provides strong business knowledge in HR, finance, or IT architecture.
• At least 1 year of architectural work experience in public administration at the regional level with federated decision structures within HR and administrative areas.
• Strong analytical skills and experience handling complex issues and developing appropriate IT solutions.
• Good understanding of business and process flows within HR and finance.
• Very good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

• Documented experience in automation and analysis within IT architecture.
• Experience presenting to management teams or architecture councils, including executive summaries.
